HomeCompany (the association of the so-called "Mitwohnzentralen e.V.") is an enterprise association of autonomously operating agencies. Since our foundation in 1986 we cooperate supra-regionally and in partnership. Today we have more than 50 offices in Germany.
As a contact person in all questions of furnished dwelling we offer well-founded transfer of know-how for tenants and owners on one of the newest markets in the real estate sector.
For our tenants we have invented a proportional commission: If you dwell only for a short time you pay a smaller commission fee. Usual? No, but fair! Our main interest is that you feel like being at home in your new residence.
In order to assure our owners we properly prepare everything. And what concerns your real estate: to achieve a maximum of profit and a minimum of costs we advise you competently and carefully.
Our service of course includes competent support for foreign tenants and firm coworkers. The surrounding field as well as the German Language is (still) new for them.
